The terminal is in stand-by mode and one green light is flashing on the PIN pad

Enter the transaction amount in cents (e.g. enter 1,000 for the transaction amount of EUR 10.00).
After the amount has been entered, press the green key .
After entering the amount, one green light should be lit on the terminal.
To correct the amount (one character at a time), press the yellow key .
To abort the transaction, press the red key .

Remove the card
Ask the customer to hold the card on the terminal’s signal receiver until a beep is heard. The card
has been successfully read if four lights turn on and you hear the sound indicating successful
reading of the card.
