Function: Shifting of CPU clock frequency.
Available Values: ON/OFF
Default: OFF
This function is only used to move a spurious response “birdie” should it fall on a desired
frequency.

Function: Setting of the CTCSS Tone Frequency
Available Values: 39 standard CTCSS tones
Default: 100 Hz
