Tip: To listen to music during a flight, turn off all your network and wireless connections: press and
hold the Power key > Aeroplane mode.
Touch a song or playlist to start playing music.
To randomly play all of the songs in a playlist, touch > .

Play or pause: touch or .

Select the previous or the next song: touch or .
l
Fast forward or rewind:touch and hold the progress bar, and then drag forwards or backwards.
l
Turn shuffle on or off: touch .
l
Repeat on or off: touch .
l
Adjust the volume: press the volume keys on the side of the phone.
l
Manage sound effects: press Menu > Sound effects.
l
Go to the music home screen: press Back .

Delete a song: touch and hold the song in the music library, and then touch Delete.
Playlists
To add a song from the music library to a playlist, touch and hold the song, and then touch Add to
playlist. Choose an existing playlist or touch New playlist.
Hide the music player
Press the Home key. Your music will continue to play and you will see in the status and notifications
bar. You can continue to work with other apps while your music is playing.
When you see in the status and notifications bar, a song is playing. Flick down to see details. Touch the
song to return to the music controls.
Turn off the music
Touch .
