2-2-1. To avoid damage to the meter or personal injury, please read this manual carefully
before operation, and follow instructions in this manual during operation.
2-2-2. Disconnect all signals and plug offtest leads before opening the case cover.
To avoid electric shock or damage to the meter, water should not be leaked inside.
2-2-3. DO NOT use the meter to do any test before the case cover or screws is fully
