3poundsporkspareribs,trimmed
Marinade:
2oranges
2 tablespoons honey
1tablespoonlemonjuice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
STEP ONE
• Cutribsintoservingpieces,setaside.
STEP TWO
• Preparemarinade:usingsmallestholesofgrater,grateoutsidepeelofoneorange,thenscrapeintosaucepan.Juiceboth
orangesandaddtosaucepanalongwithhoney,lemonjuice,Worcestershireandsoysauce.Bringtoasimmerovermedium-
highheat.
• Stirringoccasionally,cooksaucefor10minutes.Removefromheatandcoolthoroughly.
STEP THREE
• Pourmarinadeoverribs,coverandrefrigerateforatleast4hours.

• Placewirerackintoglassbowlofoven.Reduceheatto200

C.Drainmarinadefromribs,reservingmarinadetouseforbasting.
Place ribs directly on wire rack and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 180
