it. Returning the unit into use is only permissible for troubleshooting.
The unit must not be returned into use several times if a fault persists.
Code Description Possible cause Measures
E01 High pres-
sure fault
Air heat exchanger con-
taminated
Clean the air heat exchan-
ger
Incorrectly calibrated high
pressure switch
Recalibrate the high pres-
sure switch
Excessive cooling load
(system incorrectly sized)
Check the system sizing
Fan faulty Check the fan and electrical
connections
Inadequate throughput in-
side the hydraulic circuit
(in heating mode)
Clean the water filter and in-
crease the heating water
throughput, if required
E02 Low pres-
sure fault
(automatic
reset up to
twice per
hour)
Inadequate throughput in-
side the hydraulic circuit
Clean the water filter; in-
crease the water through-
put, if required
Air heat exchanger con-
taminated
Clean the air heat exchan-
ger
Filter dryer blocked Replace the filter dryer
E05 Frost protec-
tion (auto-
matic reset
up to twice
per hour)
Inadequate throughput in-
side the hydraulic circuit
Clean the water filter; in-
crease the water through-
put, if required
E06 Sensor ST2
(flow) faulty
Short circuit, lead break or
sensor limits exceeded.
Check sensor and replace, if
required
E07 Sensor ST3
(at the air
heat exchan-
ger) faulty
Short circuit, lead break or
sensor limits exceeded.
Check sensor and replace, if
required
