HOW TO STORE
• Before storing or moving the unit, make sure to first turn it off, unplug it, and empty the Water
Reservoir.
• Make sure to store your device in a safe, dry and frost-free environment.
• Store unit upright to avoid potential water leakage.
• Any water in unit could potentially freeze if stored in a cold environment.
• If you are about to use the unit after a lengthy storage period, rinse the water reservoir with
fresh water before operation.
• If the unit was stored in a below-freezing setting, allow the unit to warm up to room
temperature for a minimum of 2 hours before operating.
• Make sure unit is off and has cooled to room temperature before storing.
Be sure to clean the unit after every use.
CAUTION: The Unit Base should only be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. Never place the
unit in the dishwasher or submerge in water or any other liquid.
Unplug the unit from the outlet and allow to cool completely before cleaning.
To clean the Unit Base, Water Reservoir, Espresso Platform + Pod Disposal Basket, Mug
Platform + Drip Tray Plate, and Control Panel, wipe with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid
scrubbing with harsh or abrasive cleaners to protect the exterior.
Brew will not start.
• Plug the brewer into an electrical outlet of the appropriate voltage. If the circuit is overloaded,
the brewer may not function properly.
• The brewer should be operated on its own circuit, separate from other appliances.
• Check to ensure that there is not less than 12oz of water in the reservoir.
• The brewer may need to run a cleaning cycle.
• For energy savings, the brewer automatically turns off 90 seconds after the last brew. Press
the power button to restart.
• Press and hold the "8oz" and "10oz" buttons at the bottom of the panel simultaneously to
start the forced descaling program.
• If the brewer still doesn’t have power, contact Customer Service at support@vimukun.com.
