  If you notice a leak from the area of the UV chamber in your Viqua Water Filtration System, it could be due to a few reasons. It may be caused by condensation of moist air on the cold chamber. In this case, control humidity or relocate unit. Another cause may be that the O-ring is damaged, deteriorated or incorrectly installed, so inspect and replace it if deteriorated. Also, the lamp/sleeve assembly may not be properly installed (too tight or not tight enough). Tighten the assembly hand-tight.
