If you are pedaling, check that the speed sensor is securely plugged in and correctly positioned relative to the magnet on the drive pulley. Inspect the speed sensor wire for any visible damage and replace the sensor if needed. Also, verify that the magnets are present on the drive pulley. If a magnet is missing, glue it back in place.
