5.4 Driver door control unit -J386-
General description
The driver door control unit -J386- and the driver side window
regulator motor -V147- are contained in one unit and cannot be
replaced individually.
If the driver door control unit -J386- or the driver side window reg‐
ulator motor -V147- are replaced, then the work procedure „Cod‐
ing driver door control unit“ must be subsequently performed

Note

Procedure
– Connect vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -
VAS 5051B- .
– In vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS
5051B- , select „Guided fault finding“.
– Using GoTo button, select „Functions/component“ and the fol‐
lowing menu options in succession:
Golf Variant 2007 ➤ , Golf Variant 2010 ➤ , Jetta 2005 ➤
