Repair - MS2 reverse gear and upper gear housing, sailboat drive

46. Press the upper roller bearing into the bearing
housing. Use tool no. 884731 and shaft 9991801.
NOTE! The narrow ring on the bearing, at the arrow,
should face the bearing housing. Make sure that the
bearing does not go in crookedly.
47. Install the circlip, using circlip pliers. Turn the
chamfered side down, towards the gear housing.
Make sure that the circlip is securely seated in the
groove.
48. Put shims on the gear wheels for the upper bear-
ing housing and gear housing. Start off with 0.50 mm
for each gear wheel. This is a value which is based on
experience.
49. Press the gear wheel into the gear housing. Use
tool no. 884728, shaft 9991801 and 884739 as a sup-
port for the inner race.
