After torque-tightening, angle-tighten
the wheel nuts 90°±10° degrees.
Lower the bus before final tightening.
Fitting dual wheels
1
Fit the two guide sleeves.
2
Place inner wheel onto the hub so
that it is centred.

Repeat step 2 for the outer wheel.
Make sure that the valve is located
on the opposite side to the valve on
the inner wheel.
4
Remove the guide sleeves.
5
Fit the nuts and gently tighten.
Torque-tighten the wheel nuts to 200
±8 Nm according to the tightening
sequence.
6
After torque-tightening, angle-tighten
the wheel nuts 90°±10° degrees.
Lower the bus before final tightening.
• Retighten the wheel nuts when the
bus has ben driven a short distance
(approx. 200 km).
• Every six months: check and
retighten all wheel nuts, regardless of
whether or the wheels have been
removed or not.
Tightening sequence
NOTE
If the torque is less than 670 Nm ± 30 Nm
on a wheel nut after retightening, then all
