  A decline in suction force in your Vorwerk Vacuum Cleaner is likely due to a full Premium Filter bag FP140/150. Replace the Premium Filter bag. It could also be that the suction channel is blocked; therefore, you should clean the suction channel of the Vacuum cleaner and/or any connected devices. Another cause may be an extremely dirty motor protection filter. In this case, you should clean or exchange the motor protection filter.

  If your Vorwerk Vacuum Cleaner is setting itself to a different performance level and becoming louder, overheating may be the cause. This happens after prolonged use, with high ambient temperature, or when the filter bag is full or blocked, so the suction performance can no longer be regulated. Check the suction channel and connected accessory parts for blockages, and remove any obstructions. Exchange the Premium Filter bag if necessary and allow the motor to cool down.

  If your Vorwerk Vacuum cleaner releases an unpleasant odor, it might be that the Premium Filter bag FP140/150 has lost its ability to retain odors, even if it's not full. Exchange the Premium Filter bag and insert a new Dovina fragrance chip. Also, thoroughly clean the suction channel of the Vacuum cleaner and/or the connected device, as well as the motor protection filter.

  If the device is not working, it might be that the connector plug of the connecting cable is not properly engaged. Ensure the connection has been established correctly (clicking).

  If the Hard floor cleaner is swiveling excessively, check whether the Cleaning cloth is sufficiently and evenly fixed at the Cloth holder. Also, check whether the Cloth holder has been inserted and latched into the Hard floor cleaner correctly. Only use original Cleaning cloths.
