Why is my Vorwerk cleaning system streaking?

  If you're experiencing streaking with your Vorwerk cleaner, it's possible that the cleaning agent has been overdosed. Repeat the cleaning process with a new cloth and clear water. It could also be that there are residual quantities of old care products and cleaning agents on the floor; in this case, repeat the cleaning process until it improves, and a basic cleaning might be required. Another reason may be that the Kobold MF520/530 Cleaning cloth is soiled excessively, so replace the cloth. If the moisture film does not dry evenly, remove residual liquid quantities with a dry cloth in a second cleaning step.

  If the Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner is switched on and the red operation indicator “Stop” is blinking, it means that the secondary air flap was operated before the Vacuum cleaner was switched on. To solve this, switch off the Vacuum cleaner and switch it back on again afterwards.

  If the Polsterboy will not operate, it may be because it was connected to the Kobold TR15 Telescopic tube or the suction hose without the power cord. Connect the Polsterboy to the Kobold ESS150 Electronic suction hose. Also, ensure that the Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner is switched on.

  If the Hard floor cleaner is swiveling excessively, check whether the Cleaning cloth is sufficiently and evenly fixed at the Cloth holder. Also, check whether the Cloth holder has been inserted and latched into the Hard floor cleaner correctly. Only use original Cleaning cloths.

  If the Electronic brush switches off automatically and the operation display is flashing, a vacuumed object may be blocking the brushes. Switch the device off, unplug it, and remove the object. Threads may also be blocking the Electronic brush; cut the threads.

  If your floor is getting too wet when using the Vorwerk Hard floor cleaner, it is possible that the Kobold MF520/530 Cleaning cloth was moistened excessively. Please observe the dosing instructions. If required, remove residual liquid quantities with a dry cloth in a second cleaning step.

  If the Kobold SP530 Hard floor cleaner is automatically switched off and the operation indicator “ON” is flashing green, it is possible that the motor is overstrained. To resolve this, switch off the Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner, then switch it back on, and close the secondary air flap of the Hard floor cleaner.

  If your Vorwerk Hard floor cleaner cleans edges insufficiently, it could be due to the cleaning cloth not being moistened enough. Repeat the cleaning process with a new cloth, ensuring an equal distribution of the liquid when moistening it. Another reason may be that the cleaning cloth has not been fixed properly; check whether the Cleaning cloth is sufficiently and evenly fixed at the Cloth holder.

  If the Electronic brush is too loud, check if the roller brushes are correctly inserted, aligning them with the corresponding colored symbol (green to green), and always exchange both brushes. Only use original Kobold roller brushes. Remove any objects stuck around the roller brushes. Note that it can get noisy when used on hard flooring.

  If your Vorwerk Vacuum cleaner releases an unpleasant odor, it might be that the Premium Filter bag FP140/150 has lost its ability to retain odors, even if it's not full. Exchange the Premium Filter bag and insert a new Dovina fragrance chip. Also, thoroughly clean the suction channel of the Vacuum cleaner and/or the connected device, as well as the motor protection filter.
