8. Product Warranty Policy
The product is manufactured under VSI Co., Ltd. thorough quality management, inspection and
manufacture.
Compensation criteria regarding product repairs and exchanges correspond to the Economic Planning
Board’s “Consumer Injury Compensation Rule.”
VSI Co., Ltd. warrants that reasonable care has been used in the design and manufacture of this
product. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein,
whether expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any
implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.
Handling, storage and cleaning of this product as well as factors relating to the patient, diagnosis and
other matters beyond VSI Co., Ltd.’s control directly affect the product and the results obtained from its
use.
VSI Co., Ltd.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this product and
VSI Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss, damage, or expense directly
or indirectly arising from the use of this product.
VSI Co., Ltd. neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other or
additional liability or responsibility in connection with this product. VSI Co., Ltd. assumes no liability
with respect to products reused or reprocessed makes no warranties, express or implied, including but
not limited to merchantability or fitness for intended use, with respect to such product.
