Telephone settings
Key tone
The handset/telephone base is set to beep with each key press. You
can set the key tone volume or turn the key tone off for each handset
and the telephone base.
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Settings, then press SELECT on the cordless handset/
SELECT on the telephone base.
Scroll to Key tone, then press SELECT on the cordless handset/
SELECT on the telephone base.
Scroll to sample each volume level, then press SELECT on the
cordless handset/SET on the telephone base.
Use caller ID to automatically set date and time
If you subscribe to caller ID service, the day, month and time are set
automatically with each incoming call. Follow the steps below to turn
the CID time sync feature on or off. The default setting is On.
Press MENU when idle.
Scroll to Settings, then press SELECT on the cordless handset/
SELECT on the telephone base.
Scroll to CID time sync, then press SELECT on the cordless
handset/SELECT on the telephone base.
Scroll to On or Off, then press SELECT on the cordless handset/
SELECT on the telephone base.
