PHONE SETTINGS
8.5 Register a Handset
Your handset is pre-registered to the base station. Up to ve handsets can be
registered to a a single base station.
If for some reason, the handset is not registered to the base station,

even when the handset is near the base station. Register your handset following the
process below.
Press and hold on the base station for about ve seconds, the base
station enters into registration mode.
Press and then to select REGISTRATION.
Press and then you are requested to enter the 4-digit system PIN.
Enter the 4-digit system PIN
Press to conrm.
If the handset registration is successful, the handset will automatically be allocated
the next available handset number. This handset number is shown in the handset
display in standby mode. If the handset registration is unsuccessful, the
will
still ash.
8.6 Deregister a Handset
You may need to deregister your handsets if you wish to change the designated
handset number of your registered handsets.
You are requested to enter the 4-digit PIN in order to de-register a handset from the
base station.
note
You cannot deregister the handset that you are currently using.
Press and then to select BS SETTINGS.
Press and then to select DELETE HS.
Press and then you are requested to enter the 4-digit system PIN.
Enter the 4-digit system PIN.
Press . A list of registered handsets is displayed.
Press to select one of the handsets that you want to de-register.
Press to conrm.
