and cylinder only as shown.
CAUTION!
Do not insert the combination tool into the spark plug
hole, but make contact only with the cylinder
(otherwise you may damage the engine).
Using insulated pliers, hold the spark plug (10)
(unscrewed but with the plug cap on) against the
combination tool (away from the spark plug hole!).

If the function is correct, an ignition spark must be
visible near the electrodes.
CAUTION: Use only BOSCH WSR 6F spark plug,
CHAMPION RCJ-6Y or NGK BPMR 7A.
Replacing the suction head
The felt filter (13) of the suction head can become
clogged. It is recommended to replace the suction
head once every three months in order to ensure
unimpeded fuel flow to the carburetor.
Unscrew the fuel tank cap (12) and pull the loss-
prevention stopper out.
Empty fuel tank.
To remove the suction head for replacement, pull it out
through the tank filler neck using a piece of wire bent
at one end to form a hook.
Caution: Do not allow fuel to come into contact with
skin!
Replacing the starter cable

(15). Remove all pieces of cable (16).

and knot the ends as shown.
