3.14 Behavior in dangerous situations
Preventative measures:
 Always be prepared for accidents.
 Keep first-aid equipment on hand.
 Make personnel familiarized with accident reporting, first aid and rescue fa-
cilities.
 Keep access routes clear for rescue vehicles.
 Train personnel in first aid measures.

 Immediately switch off machine.
 Bring injured and other people out of the danger zone.
 Initiate first aid measures.
 Alert rescue forces.

 Inform the person responsible at the site of application.
