Measurement

Set the
OLA
so that the DUT indicates -20 dBm (approx.).

Switch on the OLS frequency modulation with FMOD

270 Hz, 1 kHz and
2
kHz one after
the other.
The DUT should display the frequencies.

Repeat the check at -47 dBm CW.
Note: With modulated light the displayed level is
3
dB
lower than in CW.
