4.6.4. ACCESS RESTRICTION
Access restriction implements access restriction on specified domain names, and supports
setting of blacklist and whitelist of domain names. When the blacklist is selected, devices
connected to routers cannot access blacklisted domain names, but other domain names can be
accessed normally. When whitelist is selected, devices connected to routers cannot access other
domain names except those set in whitelist, and multiple blacklists and whitelists can be set. This
function is turned off by default.
1. Domain name blacklist
First, select the blacklist in the mode option, click Add to enter the name and correct
domain name of the rule, and then click Save. The rule will take effect immediately, and devices
connected to the router will not be able to access the domain name. If blacklist is selected
without adding rules, the default blacklist is empty, that is, all domain names can be accessed. As
shown in the figure, except Google, other domain names can be accessed normally.
