Quality of Service (QoS): IEEE 802.1P/Q
e SFN switches are capable of reading Ethernet packets that have already been assignent a
priority level by a managed switch or other. In cases of heavy trac, packets with a priority
4–7 are considered high priority and processed before packets with 0–3 priority level. Aer
prioritization the packets are forwarded without modication.
