There is grounding or short circuit
in the output circuit of the
controller
Eliminate peripheral faults
and check whether there is a
short circuit at the motor end
Acceleration time is set too short
Increase acceleration time
The controller model is selected
improperly(with too small power)
Select the controller that
matches the motor power
and load conditions
