PREPARATION
Your
Operator's
Manual
has
been
developed
to
help
you
assemble
the
unit
and
to
understand
its
safe
operation.
It
is
Important
that
you
read
your
manual
completely
to
become
familiar
with
the
unit
before
you
begin
assembly.

READ
YOUR
OPERATOR'S
MANUAL

Place
the
Shield
on
the
Bearing
Housing.
b.
Insert
the
four
Bearing
Housing
Screws
through
the
Bearing
Housing
and
the
Shield.
c.
Tighten
each
screw
evenly
and
securely.

GO®
CUTTING
HEAD

Turn
the
Dust
Cup
to
line
up
the
hole
In
the
Dust
Gup
with
the
hole
In
the
Bearing
Housing.
b.
Insert
the
Phillips
screwdriver
Into
the
aligned
holes.
NOTE:
This
will
keep
the
Arbor
Shaft
from
turning
so
the
cutting
head
can
be
Install
ed.
c.
Place
the
Grass
Washer
on
the
Arbor
Shaft
against
and
curve
over
the
Dust
Cup.
NOTE:
Make
sure
the
Grass
Washer
Is
fit
ted
around
the
raised
center
step
on
the
Dust
Cup.
d.
Screw
the
TAP-N-GO®
Cutting
Head
on
the
Arbor
Shaft
securely
against
the
Grass
Washer
and
Dust
Cup.
e.
Remove
the
Phillips
Screwdriver.
f.
Press
the
Tap
Button
and
pull
the
cutting
line
from
the
head
a
minimum
of
2
Inches.

NOTE
1:
Each
time
the
Tap
Button
is
pressed,
approximately
2
inches
of
line
can
be
advanced
from
the
cutting
head.
NOTE
2:
To
remove
the
Cutting
Head,
line
up
the
holes
In
the
Dust
Cup
and
the
Bear
ing
Housing.
Insert
Phillips
screwdriver.
Unscrew
the
cutting
head
counterclock
wise
A
.
Approximately
2
inches
of
line
can
be
advanced
each
time
the
Tap
Button
is
pressed.
