8. Attach the Top Frame (55) to the Weight
Guides (62) using a 5/16Ó x 6Ó Bolt (60), two
1/2Ó x 1/2Ó Spacers (61), and a 5/16Ó Nylon
Locknut (3) as shown.
Tighten all Nylon Locknuts used in steps 3
through 8.
9. Lubricate a 3/8Ó x 4Ó Bolt (16). Attach the
Press Frame (17) to the Base (4) using the
Bolt and a 3/8Ó Nylon Locknut (21). Do not
overtighten the Nylon Locknut; the Press
Frame must be able to pivot freely.
10. Press a 1 3/4Ó Square Inner Cap (44) and a
1Ó Round Inner Cap (49) into the indicated
end of each Press Arm (46).
Attach the Press Arms (46) to the Press
Frame (17) using four 5/16Ó x 2 1/2Ó Bolts
(22) and four 5/16Ó Nylon Locknuts (3).
