REMOTE SUPPORT
The 360 Operating System gives quick access to remote support using
LogMeIn to host the service. LogMeIn is a well-trusted name in remote
connectivity and the reason why we have chosen it as our connectivity
provider. This approach hands our customers complete control of the system
while allowing their service provider to furnish them the required support, all
while knowing that all communications are completely secure.
In order to use the remote feature, an internet connection is required.
Remote Support
