JAM
Use
this
setting for making
jam
from
fresh fruits. Do not
double recipes
or allow ingredients
to
boil over
the
pan
into
the baking
chamber.
Should this happen,
stop the
machine
immediately.
Allow
to
cool
and clean thoroughly.
BAKE
This
setting is especially helpful
when making
gluten{ree
breads. After
the first
rise,
stop the.machine
and
cancel
the
cycle
by
pressing
the
ST0P
key
until it beeps.
Set the machine
to the BAKE
setting and
press
the START key.
