CONTROL SOLUTION TESTING
Control Solution Trouble Shooting
If your control solution testing is out of range (too high or too low), it is maybe caused
by the following:
Possible Causes What you can do ...
• Wrong brand of Control Solution
being used
• Control solution not at room tempe-
rature
• Expired or contaminated control
solution
• Damaged test strip
• Meter malfunction
• Make sure you are using
Wellion CALLA Control Solution.
• Make sure the testing environment
is between 10°C to 40°C.
• Check the expiration and open
bottle date on all control solution
and test strips. Repeat testing using
a new test strip. If the result is still out
of range, use a new bottle of control
solution and retest.
• If problem persists, call our autho-
rized dealer.
