TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
ON/OFF trigger doesn’t work.
The direction and safety switch is
in the center (locked) position.
Push the direction and safety
switch to the left or right.
The LED work light or
flashlight doesn’t work.
The screwdriver’s battery is dead.
Charge your screwdriver’s battery
with the charging cable.
The handle isn’t rotating.
You don’t have the rotation lock
button pushed forwards.
Push the rotation lock button for-
wards while rotating the handle.
You are rotating the handle in the
wrong direction.
Turn the handle in the opposite
direction.
The battery isn’t charging.
The cable is plugged into an im-
proper charging station.
Plug into a USB outlet with a 5V
maximum output.
The cable is improperly plugged
into the screwdriver.
Securely plug the micro USB end
of the cable into the screwdriver.
