Why won't my Wen 56360i start?

  Your Wen Portable Generator might not start for several reasons. Make sure the engine switch is set to ON, the choke is closed, and there's enough fresh fuel in the tank. Also, check if the spark plug is clean and not broken, and that the oil level is sufficient. The engine is equipped with a low oil sensor, and it will not start if the oil level is insufficient. In addition, the carburetor may be air locked. To resolve this, remove the nut from the bottom of the carburetor and take off the carburetor to allow it to reset. Then, place the carburetor back and reinstall the nut.
