      If your Wen Portable Generator's engine won't start, possible causes include: * The engine switch is set to "OFF": Set the engine switch to "ON". * The fuel valve is turned to "OFF" and the choke is open: Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position and close the choke. * The engine is out of gas: Add gas. * The engine is filled with contaminated or old gas, or the spark plug is dirty: Change the gas and clean the spark plug. * The spark plug is broken: Replace the spark plug. * The generator is not on a level surface: Move the generator to a level surface. * The oil is low: Add or replace the oil.
