NOTE: Use the engine hourmeter gauge to log your engine hours of record your
engine hours by running time.

Raw Water Pump

Remove the pump from the engine. Disassemble

Check operation of preheat solenoid. Remove and
·clean glow plugs, check resistance (4-6 ohms).
Reinstall with anti-seize compound on threads.
'Engine Cylinder

Check compression pressure and timing

'Adjustthe Valve Clearances

Adjust Valve Clearances, re-torque cylinder head
Re-torque Cylinder Head Boils

'Heat Exchanger

Remove, have professionally cleaned and pressure
tested.
'Water Injected Exhaust

Check casting Integrity every 500 hours of
Elbow
operation. Clean internal passage. Replace as
needed.
Engine Damper Plate.

Chattering at idle~ow rpm is an indication of
damper plate spring wear. Inspect and replace as
needed.
Lubricate Panel Key Switch

Lubricate at 50 hours, then at least once a season.

Transmission Fluid

Initial change at 25 hours, then at least once a
