Pump will not start
What is the fault?
Pump will not stop

Check unswitched spur connections are
good and insulation has not been pinched.
Check fuses and RCDs are ok.
If no obvious fault, attach plug to
transformer mains lead and plug into
known good socket.
Does lamp illuminate?
Check the
dwelling wiring,
fuses and RCDs.
If 10 - 20v on pump terminals
re-check polarity on pump.
If correct change
the pump (SDS021T)
Replace transformer
SDS236T (755.678)
Cut off spade connectors
and reconnect with
connector block, RED
to RED and BLK to BLK.
Retest. Does pump work?
No further action
Does Pump Start when TEST
button is pressed & released?
Ensure power is connected and switched on.

ress the TEST button on top of the transformer.
Does the buzzer beep?

he transformer allows the pump to
over-run for up to 60 seconds.
If the pump continues to run after
this time has elapsed, switch off
the transformer at the mains and
allow it to cool and re-set.
If this does not solve the
problem, replace transformer

Check transformer setting
is correct for sensor.
Check signal cable between sensor
and transformer is less than 5m
long, undamaged and that
connections are good.
Retest. Does pump work?

Contact shower
manufacturer/
replace sensors
BLUETOOTH
Check that the "LK2" switch inside
the shower has been set to ON.
Ensure that the transformer has
been set to the Bluetooth setting.
Ensure that the transformer is
located within 5m of the shower.
Carry out the registration process.
Does pump work?
