Whirlwind Inc. hereby warrants, subject to the conditions set forth below, that it will repair or replace
without charge for parts or labor,

warranty which proves defective by reason

improper workmanship and I

material within ninety
(90) days from the date
of
the original purchase at retail.
Conditions:
(a)
This warranty
is
extended to the original purchaser only.
(b) This warranty shall not apply to any defects or other malfunctions
caused by accident, neglect, misuse, abuse, alteration, modifica-
tion, unusual physical, environmental
or
electrical stress,
or
use
contrary to instructions accompanying this product.
(c)
This warranty applies only where the purchaser establishes

normal usage. Any defective part shall be
returned promptly to Whirlwind Inc. upon discovery
of
a defect.
This warranty is

of
all
other
warranties

merchantability
or
fitness for any particular purpose
shall not apply, and are disclaimed with respect to the goods sold.

time, inconvenience, incidental

consequenti

damages. The liability
