White 915 - Bobbin Thread Tension Adjustment

TENSION
.DJUSTMENT
if
the
machine
skips
or
loops
stitches,
it
may
require
a
:ension
adjustment.
To
check
the
bobbin
thread
tension,
follow
these
steps:
Pusn
the
latches
of
the
snunle
race
cover
outward
as
snown
in
figure
.

Remove
the
shuttle
cover
as
shown
in
figure
©.

Remove
the
shuttle
as
shown
in
figure
©.
Suspend
the
bobbin,
the
bobbin
case
and
the
shuttle.
When
pulling
the
thread
gently,
all
of
them
should
siide
down
with
a
slight
resistance
as
shown
in
figure
©.
If
not,
the
bobbin
case
tension
is
too
tight.
If
they
siide
down
too
easily,
the
bobbin
case
tension
is
too
loose.

the

for
the
adjustment
of
the
bobbin
case.
Once
the
bobbin
case
tension
is
correctly
adjusted,
the
upper
tension
can
be
easily
adjusted
as
shown
on
page
16.

Shuttle
y
Bobbin
tension
screw:
use
a
small
screworiver
to
tighten/loosen.

Si
Ia máquina
pierde
puntos
o
hace
nudos
por
el
roves
en
Ia
costura
no
es
problema
de
Ia
máquina,
sino
de
Ia
tension.
Para
verificar
Ia
tension
de
a
bobina,
se
debe
tomar
ésta
y
el
canillero
como
se
indica
en
el
dibujo,
si
ia
tension
es
correcta
se
desplazarán
lentamente.
Después
ajustar
Ia
tensiOn
superior
con
os
nUmero
4,
5.
o
6.
