Place the nylon blocks into the 4 corners of each crossbeam. Use the notched nylon slides
where the safety locks are located. The notch is there to allow the safety lock to move in and
out freely. **These will fit tight; a wood block and hammer may be needed to gently tap them
into proper position. **
Before positioning the second set of uprights and crossbeam, measure the runway and
space your second set of upright posts so that when you stand them up the spacing will be
approximately the same distance as the runways. This will allow little adjustments to position
when assembling the runways. Repeat the above steps to assemble the crossbeam to the
upright posts and stand up in position. Make sure that the linkage rods are facing the outside
of the lift as shown above.
