From the backside of the cross beam insert the M12 X 100 mounting bolts through the
runway and cross beam. On the outside of the crossbeam attach the approach ramp
mounting bracket by attaching to the M12 X 100 mounting bolts you just inserted. Make
sure that the approach ramp mounting bracket is attached with the spacer facing the
cross beam to allow room for the approach ramp to insert into the gap. Now attach the
flat washer, lock washer and M 12 nut. At this point only hand tighten as you will need to
have some room to assemble the other runway. Repeat this process at the other end of
the runway.
Using your engine hoist and strap flip the bottom runway and repeat last step to position
and attach second runway.
At this point go back and tighten all 8 runway bolts to secure the lift. Failure to do
so could lead to damage, serious injury or death.
