Replacement of the RO component, which is critical for the eective reduction of TDS, should
be with Wisewell filters, as defined by the manufacturer, to ensure the same eiciency and
contaminant reduction performance. This component is tested periodically to verify that the
system is performing properly.
Wisewell has a recovery rating of 70 %.
Recovery rating means the percentage of the influent water to the membrane portion of the
system that is available to the user as RO treated water when the system is operated without a
storage tank or when the storage tank is bypassed.
