Why is no water dispensing from my wisewell MODEL 1?

  If no water is coming out of your Wisewell Water Filtration System, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the unit is connected to a power supply. If it is, the filter cartridge might be blocked and need changing. Another potential reason is that air could be trapped in the cold water pipe. To resolve this, disconnect the unit from power and unscrew the drain nut at the back to release the air. Finally, check if there is enough water in the fresh water tank and wait until the purification process is complete. For issues related to pressure regulation or pumping, contact customer service.
