The conversion to other gas types is made in four steps:
Carry out all steps, otherwise there is a risk of incorrect function or system
damage.
NB
- Continue with adjusting the control unit subject to gas type
- Adjust the nozzle pressure
- Identication:
Complete the label and afx next to the type plate
For this, obtain relevant details from the installation and maintenance instructions.
Nozzle replacement
- Switch OFF the boiler at the ON/OFF switch and isolate it
from the power supply
- Remove the casing lid of the gas red boiler: For this, pivot
the control unit lid down, hook in the r.h. and l.h. turnbuckle,
undo the lower casing lid and unhook at the top.
- Close the gas shut-off valve, observe all safety instructions
and unscrew the gas ttings at the gas manifold
- Remove xing screws
- Pull out the gas manifold
- Reassemble the boiler with new gas manifold in reverse
order.
