Insufficient Time with Hood Closed
Thermometer Defect
Unit Not Covered
Canvas Cover Leaks
Allow grill at least fifteen (15) minutes with hood
closed at high setting in order to reach higher
temperatures.
Replace defective thermometer.
Cover unit; instruct customer
Cover is “water resistant”, not “water proof”;
instruct customer; suggest customer try a spray
on water proofing product on canvas cover.
