3 Remove the wok bottom panel from the unit.
BOTTOM PANEL INSTALLATION
Install the Bottom Panel
1 Place the bottom panel into the unit.
2 Use a

" hex bit to install the bottom panel mounting
screws.
3 Reposition the wok orifice assembly and elbow for
installation.
WOK ELBOW REMOVAL
To remove the wok elbow, first remove:

Flat wok grate
2 Wok grate
3 Wok top plate
4 Wok frame assembly
5 Wok burner assembly
6 Wok ignitor
7 Wok tray
8 Wok mounting bracket
Remove the Wok Elbow
1 Remove the set screw on the side of the wok elbow.
2 Pull the wok elbow forward from the wok orifice holder.

Remove the wok elbow from the unit.
WOK ELBOW INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Elbow
1 Insert the wok elbow into the wok orifice holder so that it
faces upward and the elbow's outlet will align with the hole
in the wok tray.
2 Install and tighten the set screw on the side of the wok
elbow.
WOK ORIFICE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
To remove the wok orifice assembly, first remove:

Flat wok grate
2 Wok grate
3 Wok top plate
4 Wok frame assembly
5 Wok burner assembly
6 Wok ignitor
7 Wok tray
8 Wok mounting bracket
Remove the Wok Orifice Assembly
1 Disconnect the gas line to the wok orifice assembly.
2 Remove the set screw on the side of the wok orifice holder.
3 Pull the wok orifice assembly away from the wok elbow.
