4 Connect the electrode wire to the spark module.
SPARK MODULE MOUNTING BRACKET REMOVAL
To remove the spark module mounting bracket, first remove:
1 Burner grate above spark module mounting bracket to be
replaced
2
Burner caps
3 Burner assemblies
4 Burner pan above spark module mounting bracket to be
replaced
5 Both spark modules on the spark module mounting bracket
to be replaced
Remove the Spark Module Mounting Bracket
1 Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the screws from the spark
module mounting bracket.
2 Remove the spark module mounting bracket from the unit.
SPARK MODULE MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLATION
Install the Spark Module Mounting Bracket
1 Place the spark module mounting bracket into the unit.
2 Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws into the spark
module mounting bracket.
WIRING COVER REMOVAL
To remove the wiring cover for a 48" unit, first remove on the
right-hand side:

2 Burner caps
3 Burner assembly

Burner pan
To remove the wiring cover for a 36" unit, first remove:
1 Flat wok grate
2 Wok grate
3 Wok top plate
4 Wok frame assembly
Remove the Wiring Cover
1 Use a

" socket to remove the wiring cover mounting
screws.
2 Remove the wiring cover from the unit.

Install the Wiring Cover
1 Place the wiring cover over the grounding plate.
2 Use a

" socket to install the wiring cover mounting
screws.
POWER CORD REMOVAL
To remove the power cord for a 48" unit, first remove on the
right-hand side:

2 Burner caps
3 Burner assembly
4 Burner pan
5 Wiring cover
To remove the power cord for a 36" unit, first remove:

Flat wok grate
2 Wok grate
3 Wok top plate
