− Take the batteries out of
the battery compartment
of the caliper as soon as
they are empty.
− Only replace the battery
with the same type or an
equivalent battery type.
− Batteries must not be
exposed to excessive heat
such as in the form of sun-
light, fire or similar.
− Make sure that the battery
is inserted the right way
around, that is, ensure that
the polarity (+ and -) is
correct.
− Before disposing of the
caliper, the battery must
first be removed and dis-
posed of separately from
the device.
− Take the battery out of the
caliper if you do not use it
for a prolonged period of
time.
