If your Worx Lawn Mower isn't picking up clippings when using the grass collection bag: * Ensure the mulch plate is removed. * If the chute is clogged, release the switch lever to turn the mower off, remove the safety key, and clear the chute of grass clippings. * If there is too much cut grass, raise the cutting height of the wheels to shorten the length of the cut. * Empty the bag more often if it's full.
