Insert 12 M3 short screws into the position where the hole was
previously poked.
Align the lower layer of the tank with the rubber washer according
to the screw holes position.

Middle layer of the tank
Align the lower layer of the tank and the middle layer of the tank
according to the screw holes. Use a small hex wrench to tighten the
screws clockwise to clamp the FEP film and rubber washer.
Replace the FEP film
