Troubleshooting
Symptom: Random deletions
The page has random light areas and deletions.
Symptom: Grainy graphics
A graphic image is coarse or grainy (like a brick or checkerboard
pattern) rather than a smooth halftone.
Possible causes and solutions:
The paper stock may be in poor condition.
Replace the paper stock.
The paper stock may be damp. Replace the
paper stock.
Possible causes and solutions:
The printer may have tried to print a complex
graphic image with inadequate memory.
Consider adding additional memory to the
printer.
Check that you are using the correct printer
driver.
