Jam at Tray 1 (MPT)
Follow these steps to clear the jam.
1. Remove jammed paper and the rest of the paper from Tray 1 (MPT). Confirm that all paper
fragments are removed.
2. If you did not find jammed paper in Step 1, push up the latch on the left side of the printer to open
Left Door A.
Warning: Use caution, some components are behind the left door may be hot.
