With scan securities and role-based access along with CAC or SMARTcard
access restrictions, the WorkCentre 7120 defends against any breach
attempts.
Xerox has gained full product Common Criteria Certification to ensure
product security. The administrator has the ability to set security levels to
meet their requirements with Xerox. Xerox allows setting hard disk over-
write and encryption as needed. Hard disk overwrite can be ad-hoc now or
set to occur after every print or scheduled daily, weekly, monthly.
