INSTALLATION
PUMP DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Turn Off Power
• Unplug the pump or switch off the circuit breaker.
Step 2: Shut Off Water Flow
• Turn off the water inflow and outflow (valves).
Step 3: Relieve Pressure
• Open the air release valve on the pool filter.
Step 4: Drain Water
• Use the drain plug to empty water from the pump.
Step 5: Disconnect Hoses
• Loosen hose clamps and disconnect hoses.
Step 6: Remove Old Pump
• Unscrew bolts securing the pump and remove it.
Step 7: Prepare New Pump
• Apply Teflon tape to fittings.
Step 8: Install New Pump
• Position and secure the new pump.
Step 9: Reconnect Hoses
• Attach and tighten hoses or pipes.
Step 10: Prime the Pump
Fill the strainer basket with water and secure the lid.
Step 11: Turn On Power
• Restore power and check for leaks.
Step 12: Test System
• Ensure proper water flow and close the air release valve.
